Reinstall Computer
More often than not, the computer needs to be reinstalled to be repaired. To be absolutely sure that no software problems from the past remain, the hard disk or partition with the Windows installation needs to be formatted. Next you can perform a "clean install" of Windows. If you want to do a complete reinstall, the following steps or sections of our website should be executed in the following order:
- Backup your data: as you will have to format the hard disk on which you have to reinstall windows, you first need to backup the data that is on that partition of the hard disk.
